We organize various workshops for anyone wanting to learn something new. The possibility to teach other women knitting and sewing is what makes us happy. We will be glad to come to your home, office or school with all the materials and tools needed. You will be taught how to create several cute accessories or interior decorations. As a family, we all enjoy making and creating things and believe that handmade items really make a home.

We organize Sound therapy session ‘Gong Bath’ using the sounds created by ancient instruments such as gongs and singing bowls. These instruments help to switch our brains from a beta rhythm to the slower alpha and theta rhythms. Power of sound brings you inner harmony to lower stress in the mind and body. The Gong is an ideal tool for stress reduction, stimulation of the glandular system, and as a facilitator to break up emotional blockages. During the one hour meditation session people are comfortably lying  on the yoga mats.

Upcoming Sound therapy session “Gong Bath” is 10th December  and 14th January 6 p.m. at the Koorana Centre, Street line, Ardinglay, West Sussex, RH17 5UB. More information
