Sound therapy meditations “Gong bath” at 12.30 p.m., 3.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.
‘Gong bath’ – blissful and profoundly moving experience! Using the power of sound to lower stress in the mind and body, Gong masters Bee Jack (Birute Jakucionyte), Aurimas Pocius and singer Inesa Dom harnesses the sound of ancient Tibetan instruments to bring inner harmony. Sound therapy is widely used throughout the world for its calming, stress lowering capabilities. It can be useful in controlling pain, insomnia, depression and high blood pressure. The vibrations can also help access the subconscious, increase creativity and stimulate the immune system.
Birute Jakucionyte (Bee Jack) – Gong master, playing Gongs and ancient instruments since 2006, trained with Don Conreaux and Tom Saltron. She uses the sounds created by ancient instruments such as gongs and singing bowls to switch our brains from a beta rhythm to the slower alpha and theta rhythms. The vibrations also spread throughout the body as our bodies are more than 65% water, which makes it the perfect conductor of vibrating sensations. This results in a subtle internal massage for all body cells. Birute is the author of two books as well as a blogger (www.jakucionyte.lt). She is also a singer of Lithuanian traditional songs since 16 years old and a crafter. Birute organizes sound therapy sessions, book presentations, craft workshops and ecology projects in UK, Germany, Norway, Ukraine, Ireland and Lithuania.
During the meditation you will comfortably lie on the yoga mat for 45 min. You should bring warm socks, a blanket, pilow and yoga mat.
Session price: £ 10.00
11 p.m. Gong night meditation 11 p.m. – 2 a.m.
What is a Gong night meditation? This experience lasts around 3 hours. You will be immersed in the sound waves of the gongs, and as these vibrations wash over you they give space and opportunity to release tensions and blocks, and induce a deep state of relaxation, emerging feeling re-energized. The harmony created by the gong tones brings about an inner stillness where deep healing can occur. The gongs will be played by different gong players and when they will finish playing guests will stay and sleep/meditate till morning in EcoEthno tent. You should bring warm socks, a blanket or sleeping bag, pillow and yoga mat.
Gong night meditation price: £ 20.00

Sunday 17th July saw Regent Street, London transformed into a green garden party filled with arts, crafts, games, a brass band and much more for shoppers to enjoy.
Sunday 17th July, Regent Street’s retailers and restaurants came together to host the ultimate urban Garden Party. Three separate entertainment zones filled the street with typically British music, whilst shoppers wandered and enjoyed all of the food, drink and fantastic shopping that Regent Street has to offer.
EcoEthno team had an amazing experience to be in this event. LIBERTY invited EcoEthno to teach how to make dreamcatchers. We had three Liberty dreamcatchers workshops on the street. Our workshops were very popular and we were fully booked all day.
-We just wanted to say a huge, huge thank you for coming and helping make such an incredible day. The public were overjoyed and we got some wonderful feedback from them – couldn’t have really hoped for more!- says Emily Brown, Liberty of London Marketing & Events Administrator.
We were very proud to work with LIBERTY and be in Regent Street Summer streets festival!
I am so happy to share my experience from sound therapy session at Egoist body studios in London. I loved the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed warm company of 17 participants. I used the sounds created by ancient instruments such as gongs and singing bowls to switch our brains from a beta rhythm to the slower alpha and theta rhythms. Power of sound brings you inner harmony to lower stress in the mind and body. The Gong is an ideal tool for stress reduction, stimulation of the glandular system, and as a facilitator to break up emotional blockages. During the one hour meditation session people were comfortably lying on the yoga mats.
Upcoming sound therapy sessions ‘Gong bath’ are:
5th July at Egoist Body studios, 6 Fitzroy Square, London, W1T 5DX,
6th July and 16th August at Paddington sports club, Castellain Road, Maida Vale, London, W9 1HQ, (Entrance next to Bon Appetit Delicatessen).
On Saturday 28th March 16:00 you are welcome to Easter decoration workshop! During the sewing workshop you will get an opportunity to make 2-3 coloured eggs or birds from felt and decorate them. I will be provided with all the necessary materials and other tools. The workshop will be in Restaurant + Pizzeria LE COCHONNET and you can bay drinks or foods. This is a great and useful time spending activity and during that time you can create something nice and sweet for your beloved ones. Price £ 12

The idea to open an EcoEthno centre in London was born in Lithuania. We have successfully ran similar activitities for several years in Lithuania already (please visit Ekodaiktai.lt for more information). The centre in London is for crafts, handicraft, eco toys, from all the countries in the world. We organize various workshops for anyone wanting to learn something new, to learn what our ancestors knew or what we are developing in the current generation. In our work, we use natural components (straw, wool, yarn, wood, paper) or we recycle waste and unused items. In EcoEthno shop, we sell handicrafts or organic toys from different countries. We keep looking for traditional crafts, handicrafts and toys and we travel to different countries of the world to learn so that we can teach you interesting things. We keep looking for people from different countries who are experienced in traditional crafts or creating from recycled products. If you are one of them – we invite you to join our team!
