We accept returns, except for custom(personalised) orders, and refund or exchange product if the product is returned in its original packaging and has not been used or damaged. Refunds are made entirely minus the shipping fee. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund. Customer is responsible for Return shipping fees. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Upon receipt of your item, if you are not satisfied, please contact us or email us at email@example.com within 14 days to organize your return or exchange. Refunds will be made via PayPal to your PayPal account. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please insure your return; we can not be responsible for lost returns.
