Workshops

Our workshops are designed for people of all ages - from 3 year olds up to adults. Unlimited number of participants can participate in the workshops. The duration of a workshop is 1-3 hours.

We can come to any location of your choice, be it your home, school, office or event and conduct workshop sessions.
The price depends on the number of participants and the topics chosen. The minimum price for one creative workshop is ₤100 in West Sussex (+travel expenses in other cities).

Sound therapy session 'Gong bath'

Using the sounds created by ancient instruments such as gongs and singing bowls to switch our brains from a beta rhythm to the slower alpha and theta rhythms. Power of sound brings you inner harmony to lower stress in the mind and body. The Gong is an ideal tool for stress reduction, stimulation of the glandular system, and as a facilitator to break up emotional blockages. During the one hour meditation session people are comfortably lying on the yoga mats.

Native American dreamcatcher

A new workshop and a new passion - Native American dreamcatcher. You will get an opportunity to make and decorate one dreamcatcher during the workshop. It is a perfect decoration for your home or as a gift to a friend. You will be provided with all the necessary materials and tools. The workshop may take place at any location of your choice.

Organza Flower Brooches

Wonderful brooch for you spring or summer dress!!! During the workshop you will get an opportunity to make 2-3 coloured organza flower brooches and decorate them. Flowers of different colours might be a perfect gift to a friend. You will be provided with all the necessary materials and other tools. The workshop may take place at any location of your choice. This is a great and useful time spending activity while drinking tea with your friends or family, during which you can create something nice and sweet for your beloved ones.

Lithuanian hanging decoration of straw

This is a very old, traditional Lithuanian handicraft. These decorations are presented to the young at weddings to represent their various wishes – children, home, money, livestock, etc. The decorations decorate Lithaunian people‘s homes. The Decorations are made from wheat, oats or rye ears. The straw is collected in the field and then cut into pieces of uniform length. Most importantly, you need to learn how to do a basic element, which is produce with 12 pcs of straw and a long needle and double thread.

Basketwork from newspaper weave

Old newspapers can be plaited in to baskets, boxes, lamps and other interior details. This is a long and complicated process that requires practice, patience and skill. We invite you to start plaiting with a simple basket. Weaving with newspapers is a very nice and very environmentally friendly operation. We’ll show you how to start and how to prepare for plaiting old newspapers.

Instruments from waste

We will present some of our collection instruments made from recycled products – various rattles and self-made instruments. You will hear a story about each of them and their sound. In the creative workshop, we will create various instruments from waste: chocolate egg containers, yogurt pots, toilet paper rolls, sticks, nut shells. We produce various rattles and rain sticks. We will use adhesive and hot glue, to decorate the instruments with colorful feathers, acrylic paint, chimes and so on. Through this workshop you will be able to make 2 – 5 instruments.

Sewing  workshop. Capital letters, angels, dwarfs

During the workshop you will get an opportunity to make 2-3 coloured letters from fleece material and decorate them. These can be the first letters of your name or your children’s names. Such letters may be a perfect gift to a friend. You will be provided with all the necessary materials and other tools. The workshop may take place at any location of your choice. This is a great and useful time spending activity while drinking tea with your friends or family and during that time you can create something nice and sweet for your beloved ones.

Packing workshop

We throw away boxes from shoes, ice-cream, cheese, yoghurt, toilet paper rolls regularly. However, this is an excellent material for making beautiful boxes to pack presents or other items. I will provide you with a variety of easy tricks and show you some great ideas for decorating 2-3 boxes out of waste materials.

Christmas decorations workshop
